About Us

A quiet stretch of woods
made for camping

Woodland Park Campground sits on a gently rolling tract of land just outside Smyrna, South Carolina. The site is shaded by mature pines and oak, with each campsite set back far enough from its neighbor to feel private — not packed in, not rushed.

We opened this campground with a simple idea: good camping doesn't need a theme park. It needs shade, level ground, clean water, and a sense that the woods still belong to the woods. If you're looking for a base camp for lake days, a quiet weekend with a book, or a place to park the RV and actually rest, this is it.
